Alt Accounts and Partnerships Dyer Maker Licenses

It´s time to take important decisions about this, for all of my content creators that need alt accounts for enchance or create new business, and for all these tandems or teams that participate in the same business just created these both licenses.

Alt Accounts Dyer Maker License Conditions

Dyer Maker understands that sometimes single creators form alternate accounts to assist them in finishing their creations. This is especially true when both male and female avatars are needed to test and set up couples animations. That's why we've created the Alt Account License. This licensing option was made with the solitary builder in mind.

By purchasing an Alt Account License, you can collaboratively share with your personal alt accounts without running the risk of breaking the Dyer Maker User Licensing agreement, or running up the expense of purchasing multiple copies of the same animations.

This license is only valid if:
- You have purchased one license for each alt account with which you plan to collaboratively share Dyer Maker animations.

- Your purchased licenses are for YOUR ALT ACCOUNTS ONLY. If you are purchasing alt account licenses for accounts that are found to be not your own, you will breach this agreement and forfeit all of your currently valid Alt Account Licenses.

IF YOU WISH TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER PARTIES, PLEASE REFER TO THE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP LICENSE.

 - When not sharing collaboratively with your own, validly licensed alt account, you MUST adhere to the original User Licensing agreement, and may in no way share or sell any Dyer Maker animations to an outside party. Violating this clause will forfeit all of your currently valid Alt Account Licenses.

- This license is only valid for your current, active, collaborative alts. If one of your alts becomes inactive, is deleted, or for any reason is used by anyone other than you, that account's license will be void. It cannot be transferred to another alt.



Business Partnerships Dyer Maker License Conditions

This licensing option was created to grant business partners the convenience of sharing Dyer Maker animations freely within their current, active creative collective without the risk of breaking the terms of standard, single-party use.

Because multiple parties are involved in a creative collective, or business partnership, there are different terms of use for this license, as will be explained below.

This license is only valid if:

- Animations purchased to be used under this license are used ONLY for creations sold under the same store name. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FRANCHISE, BUILD A BUSINESS, OR BRAND SUBLETING OF ANY SORT. This is for business partners, NOT PRODUCT VEONDORS.

-In order for these terms to be valid, you must purchase ONE LICENSE for EACH BUSINESS PARTNER using Dyer Maker animations within your single, active, directly collaborating, creative collective/business.

- Once a license has been purchased for each collaborative partner in your business, this will allow all licensed parties to use any animations purchased through Dyer Maker via collaborative sharing; no multiple purchases will be necessary.

- When not sharing collaboratively within his/her validly licensed collective, any partner of any business MUST adhere to the original User Licensing agreement, and may in no way share or sell any Dyer Maker animations to an outside party, EVEN IF that person holds a valid Business Partnership License under another business name. Licensing is only truly valid within ONE BUSINESS. Anyone violating this clause will forfeit the validity of not only his own/her own license, but also the licenses of his/her business partners.

- This licensing agreement is only valid on current, active, and collaborative business partnerships. Once a business or creative collective is disbanded or dissolved, this license dissolves with it. All former partners are no longer allowed to collaboratively share and must revert to the standard User Licensing terms of use.

Dyer Maker Store Policy & Animations TOS

Dear friends bellow some lines of all that you have to know if you are a Dyer Maker animations customers or you want to be one. Read it carefully and thanks for take your time reading this. These TOS and Policy are the same for Second Life®, Inworldz and Avination.

Dyer Maker Store Policy

- Before purchase any of Dyer Maker Animations, take your time trying it, for single animations you only need your own avatar, use one tinny shape for your tinny purposes, one female shape for female animations or one male shape for male animations and make sure that is what are you looking for your creations. This tip can efford you money, time, and have the best results in your creations. Remember turn off your AO. For couples you need one friend or alt, only run with 2 avatars.
- Setting up Animations: Make sure that you know how setting up animations, i only give support about animations, my support no include setting up it in your creations. 
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have to know that not refunds avaiable, but you ever can im me and i will fix the problem as soon as be posible (is important my rl first).
- Marketplace purchases, i suggest in all my marketplace items try animations before purchase, i´m the first interested that you gone 100% satisfied with your purchases and i don´t want fools any customer or that any customer sense fool by me. I have a big store inworld where you can try all my animations over and over again. All reviews are wellcome, but please don´t use it for blackmail or threaten for get better custom service because you only will get the opposite reaction, if you need help, if you want tell me about any problem with my animations, only im me inworld you can be sure that will be solved as soon as i can.
- The price of animations: is very clearly and all you see is all you will get you are the only one that can choose in purchase it or not.

Buying Dyer Maker Animations you only are buying animation files, poseballs and scripts are the way that i have for show you my work. For this reason sometimes scripts are no mod. If you can´t use these poseballs in your buildings you ever can drop animations to your inventory and use it in your buildings with other gadgets.

User Licensing Agreement for Full Permissions Animations 

By purchasing any Dyer Maker full-perm animations you are agreeing to the terms set out in this User Licensing Agreement, which are explained below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase our full-permission products. Dyer Maker offers varying levels of permissions on our products so there is something out there for everyone. Please be sure to choose the correct permissions before purchasing.

Singularity Restrictions:

All full-permissions animations purchased under this licensing agreement are for use in your own creations, to be sold only by you, with permissions that are in harmony with these terms of use. Any animation bought with full permissions MUST NOT be shared or resold with full-permissions in any fashion (e.g. animation-only, pose balls, engines, HUDs, builders kits, build-a-businesses, vendors, or anything else which will utilise one or more of these animations in any fully reproducible way). If someone else will be able to copy and transfer the animation due to the permissions you set on your product, you are in breach of this agreement; your licence will be void, and DMCA action will be taken against you and any one else using these animations without a valid User Licence.

Acceptable Uses and Permissions:

You may use these animations in any of your builds, including sales, freebies, lucky chairs, prizes, or in anyway you see fit, provided you utilise permissions that are compliant with these terms. Compliant permissions are:

Gifting Instructions:

If your friends love your new Dyer Maker animations, and we're sure they will, you may buy our products as gifts in our Second Life Marketplace store. To purchase and item as a gift, follow the instructions below:

1. Open your web browser and go to Dyer Maker Marketplace website

2. In the upper right portion of the screen find the Keyword Search text box and enter the name of the animation you are interested in, OR, if you are shopping for a surprise gift, simply browse our vast selection of animations, poses and products.

3. Once you find the perfect product, click on the ADD TO CART AS GIFT button on the central right hand side of the screen, directly below the price.

4. A box will pop up asking for the first and last Second Life name of the person for whom you are buying the gift. Enter the name and click FIND RESIDENT. You may use a username, e.g. joebob.fadlan, if the recipient's name includes symbols. (To find the recipient's username, simply look beside the legacy name on their profile.)

5. Once the recipient is located, a box will open displaying the his or her name at the top of a keyable area where you may choose to leave a gift message for the recipient. Enter a message if you so desire, and click FINISHED below.

6. Once you've clicked finished, your gifted item will be added to your cart. Click on the shopping cart icon at the upper right of the page (just above the keyword search). This will take you to your cart.

7. Once in your shopping cart, you will be offered several payment options. Select your option and click the CHECKOUT button below.

8. Follow the checkout instructions as you would any other online purchase.

9. You will be notified when the product has been delivered, and this transaction will be located in both your order history and your Second Life transaction history.

10. If you have any problems with a gifted item, please contact webmistrex Xue immediately. Marketplace delivery issues are the fault of the marketplace, not Dyer Maker; and we are always happy to correct any such issues personally.

Alternative Licences:

If you wish to share these animations with alt accounts, you must purchase an Alt Account Licence, and agree to the terms thereof.

If you are a business owner purchasing animations to be used in a collaborative collective or a business partnership, you must purchase a Business Partner Licence, and agree to the terms thereof.

Listing Restrictions:

You may use these animations in any build you create within the terms of this licence. However, under no circumstances shall you use the Dyer Maker brand name, nor shall you use webmistrex Xue's name in any way that suggests affiliation, or in any way that is intended to market your product.

Furthermore, you MUST not list any products you create with Dyer Maker animations directly under any animation category on the Second Life Marketplace.

Grid Restrictions:

These animations are for SECOND LIFE use only. If you are determined to use these animations on other grids, please, do not purchase them before contacting me directly. If any Dyer Maker products are found for sale on other grids, DMCA action will be taken with Linden Labs as well as the legal authorities. Copyright Restrictions:
When purchasing Dyer Maker products, please be mindful of Second Life TOS clause 7.8 (7.8 You agree to respect the Intellectual Property Rights of other users, Linden Lab, and third parties.)

Any reproduction of, resale of, misuse of, misappropriation of, or any other breach of this user licence, or any alternative licences offered by Dyer Maker to you (the purchaser) or any other party involved either directly or indirectly (recipients of infringing materials, business partners, alt accounts, etc.) constitutes infringement upon the COPYRIGHT, DMCA, and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY of webmistrex Xue (meaning the real-life account holder of that Second Life account and creator of the Dyer Maker brand and branded products), and will result in immediate forfeiture of licence and DMCA action both inside and outside of Second Life.
